What we run and how each track works.

Domain Training

Curriculum is rebuilt each quarter against the stack we are running on active client projects. No frozen syllabi — what you learn this month is what works in production environments right now.

Tracks available in cloud infrastructure, backend systems, data engineering, and DevSecOps. Each cohort is capped so every participant gets direct code review from the lead practitioner.

Career Counselling

Guidance from someone who has built, grown, and restructured technical teams — not from a career coach who studied the field from the outside. Credential gaps, promotion blockers, and role transitions are diagnosed against real hiring patterns.

Engagements are one-on-one and structured around your specific role history and target trajectory, not generic interview prep scripts.

School Projects

Student projects run through the same gate process we apply to paying clients: written requirements, architecture review, iterative code review, and a documented final deliverable. Portfolio-ready output, not just a passing grade.

Mentors are the same practitioners running client engagements — not teaching assistants. The standards are identical; the feedback is direct.
